* taybin's file selector mega-patch, with my fix
for cmdline loading of older sessions
- RAID path still not tested
* remove use of "gain mapping" (ie. using slider_position_to_gain())
for gain automation curves, to make gain
point placement more intuitive
* gain point adding works over entire track height, not
just the waveform area
* added control-drag for automation points, which does NOT
push/pull the whole line right/left.
* optimized compilation on by default (not sure about this -
for a beta, it stops people using gdb)
* new spline code
* pan interpolation implemented (no more clicks when dragging
the pan puck around)
minor:
* removed reference to libhoard
* altered text about downloading LADSPA
* added BUILD to tarball (via distfiles)
* a couple of i18n patches from the mailing list
* removed various LaTeX files from CVS for manual
* libardour: 0.683.0
ardour/gtk: 0.376.2
