Mostly bugfixes, and a few UI changes:

 * sped up horizontal scrolling
    [ paul, I will you what I changed later... ]

 * fixed "play selection" operation.  When there is a selection active,
   any playback will play the selection and autostop at the end of it.

 * fixed edit and playhead setting/moving and other problems in Select 
   mode

 * fixes/changes in Move mouse mode:
    - changed behavior of clicking and dragging of a selection:
       A left-click drag of the selection moves the selection.      
       A CTRL-left-click of a selection does a "new region from selection"

    - CTRL-left-click (drag) of region now does "duplicate region"
      (was alt-click which is a common default binding in many X
       window managers for moving a window)

 * changed middle-button drag behavior (all mouse modes).
   The zoom shortcut is now shift-middle-button-drag.
   This makes available the original operations for the middle-button in 
   the editor.
    - middleclick: toggles region muted
    - CTRL-middleclick: raises region
    - ALT-middleclick: lowers region (although it always raises the
      region, and it's not obvious why)

 * fixed Send control dialog closing/reopening problem.  also fixed
   non-updating meter.

 * altered mixer-strip plugin popup menu for improved clarity

 * various Route Parameter Window updates (should it be called something
   else now?).  Put Inputs and Outputs button adjacent to each other
   to speed common use.  Improved popup menus, list title menus..

 * libardour: 0.613.0   ardour/gtk: 0.309.0
