  * keep track of state-derived sends+port inserts so that
     new ones get non-duplicated names.

  * handle ctrl-<anything>-left-click (**no** drag) as pre-jesse's
     changes [ i.e. mouse-driven region alignment ]. this
     means that ctrl-click doesn't duplicate a region, which is
     perhaps regrettable.

     however, its was also confusing because it was leaving the
     duplicate in the exact same place as the copy, which is rarely
     what's desired. so instead, ctrl-click (drag) will still
     duplicate, but the drag is now mandatory.

     i don't know if its good UI design to have the same action
     bound to such different operations with only the drag to
     distinguish them. we've pretty much burned up the
     existing modifier buttons, however.

  * finally make the editor's zoom indicator into a ClickBox.
    Mark - those instructions i gave you for click left+right
    to change zoom should work now :))

  * libardour: 0.613.1 ardour/gtk: 0.310.0

some folks might like to know that i have a postscript reference card
for ardour mostly written at this point that details all the mouse
bindings and default key bindings. when its finished, i'll decide what
to do with it.
