   * minor cosmetic changes to the export dialog.
   * "better" fixes for keyboard focus issue with the 
       export dialog's file browser.
   * only run inserts during export (and we've already
       verified that they are not external port inserts).
   * handle window-manager-driven "delete" of export
       dialog like a click on the "cancel" button.
   * clamp exported sample values to [-1,+1] range.
   * minor code cleanups.
       
   * ardour/gtk: 0.310.2  libardour: 0.613.2
