Unless you've fixed it in the last hour or so, it wasn't preclamping data
to be dithered.

I've written some code to do correct triangular dithering, but its
untested. It builds OK, but I will have to rebuild the rest of ardour to
test it, so it probably wont happen today.

Patch attached, just incase it works ;)

Paul, if you're happy with the code and you want shaped dither too, add a
stub showing where the branch will be and I'l add that code too.
