 * added support for LADSPA 1.1 control port default hinting.  If the
   plugin writer uses it (which Steve does :) we now get much more sane 
   default values for newly added plugins. 

   This requires you to have a recent ladspa.h file installed, which 
   most probably have already.  IF your compile fails, install the latest 
   ladspa.h from www.ladspa.org.
