* use SRC API correctly
* move 100% of export functionality into libardour.
* clamp export values to [-1,+1]
* new/correct triangular dither code from steve h.
* desensitize SRC quality widget when SRC
is not going to be used
* libardour: 0.613.4 ardour/gtk: 0.310.3
we used to leave the actual file I/O part of export to the UI. after
some experience, this now seems totally pointless. as a result,
libardour itself now opens a sndfile, and writes the exported data
directly to it.
oops. now that i've made the change, i remember why i designed it this
way. direct-to-cd ... hmm. oh well. its easier to understand right
now, and thus may prove easier to extend to a system where we
integrate with cdrecord(3).
