I recently got my first S/PDIF-capable unit (a T.C. Electronics M300), and
using it was a simple as it was to get it hooked up with the analog
jacks. I plugged it in and it worked.
I lack for absolutely nothing using this card under Linux. It's the best
money I spent in the studio!
