So is there a better way of aligning > them? There are several ways to align regions. It sounds as if you want to align the ends of a region to a certain point at the "end" of the session. First, position the Edit Cursor (the blue one) at your "end of session" by dragging it there, or positioning it by middle-clicking in the ruler area. Then Ctrl-Shift left-click on a region to align the region end to the edit cursor. Ctrl left-click aligns the region front to the edit cursor. Also, if you select multiple regions, popup the context menu, and do Edit->Align it will align all selected regions begins to the edit cursor. Unfortunately, we need to add an "Align End" item to do what you seem to want. > Also I am having issues importing tracks into Ardour. This does get tedious, and should be added as a feature request in our Mantis bugtracker. http://ardour.sf.net/mantis > I also cant seem to figure out how to use the marker stuff. I'm not totally clear on what you wanted to accomplish with the markers here. To export a time range of audio, you should make a range selection (on any track). Then right-click on the selection, and pick the Selection->Export item. It will then popup the export dialog, you then have to pick only the track outputs that you want to hear and click the checkboxes to put them on the proper channel of the exported file. jlc ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
