I've read the docs on the site and even the Pro-Tools Reference manual but am still confused. 1. I've noticed that if I connect my input from the sound card to a buss or track input the activity meter shows nothing unless I tell it to record. I would have thought that it showed some activity even when not recording. How do I set it up so that I can see the activity when not recording. 2. What is the auditioner for and how do I use it? 3. What exactly is the difference between a buss and a track. I noticed I can't record a buss.
