Musician's Friend has it for about $250 US. The envy24 chipset is well supported and has onboard mix/monitor so you can kick your sample size up and still monitor in real time. You definitely need to do the low-latency mod. I'm running a 2600 XP with a pair of 5400 IDE drives (one just for audio) and have no problems. I'm using a DSP 2000 C-port (envy24 chipset with 8 analog I/Os). I've got some tuning stuff on my web page - http://myweb.cableone.net/eviltwin69/ALSA_JACK_ARDOUR.html Jan On Fri, 2003-10-10 at 16:27, Jonathan wrote: > Hi, > > I've been playing with Ardour and so far I really like it.
