That's the Delta 1010LT.  The only problems that I saw with that one
were unbalanced I/O (same as the DSP 2000 actually), internal DAC/ADC
(be careful where you place the card because you can pick up system
noise), and those damn RCA connectors.  I hate those things.  Other than
that that's a heck of a deal.
