I haven't found any previous messages in the archives concerning my problems, so I don't know if the source of my problem is my rpm installation of ardour-0.9beta9-20031230 on mdk or not. If this is just a matter of instaling ardour from a tarball or cvs, please let me know. Sometimes clearing send from a track crashes ardour. No matter whether the send is activated or not. Sometimes after opening a previous snapshot and starting to play the track meters don't indicate that there is a signal (there is no sound either). Sometimes to invoke the pop up menu You have to click more than one time. Moving fast a slider on an ladpa plugin that is assigned to a track crashes crashes jack with a message, that jack was enough fast. The red cursor sometimes doesn't react to the "enter" shortcut to go the blue cursor position. Gain changes over a region are not saved, so every time I have to adjust it, when I reopen an older session. Sometimes opening an older snapshot crashes ardour, while the same snapshot opened again does not make any harm to ardour! Reopening a session makes all tracks active, no matter if the session was saved when having deactivated several tracks. The nudge command does not nudge the selected region by the amount in the nudge window. Exporting a session to an audiofile result in; [ERROR]: track1: disk stream error at frame 7405568 (-1) [ERROR]: Session: error for track1 at frame 7405568 (-1) no matter if jack runs in realtime mode or not If anybody knows any solution to any of my problems, please again let me know. I don't want to come back to windoze!
