  * added code to track JACK transport status
    - see: new header file, jackstatus.h
    - accessor function io_get_status() callable from any thread
    - contains JACK status information for user interface display

  * removed --enable-threading configure option, no longer optional

  * inverted the meaning of the -t command option
    -  use DSP thread by default
    -  specify "jamin -t" if you don't want it

  ***** PLEASE NOTE: -t now means "do *not* use DSP thread"
