We allready have a balance control on input (I think thats better than on
output myself, because its correcting something that was wrong before the
mastering stage, no something introduced by it (unlike master output vol.
which is fixing something done inside jamin).

We need to be clear on the pan/balance difference, changing pan in a
mastering tool would definatly be wrong - I'm not so sure about balance,
but I'm also not sure how often it would be useful.
