Not presently.  There are people on jackit-devel working up patches
for a jack-udp backend.  This is a long way from completion.

Depending on how deeply you want to get involved in software
development, you might take a look at what they're doing.  Eventually,
I believe this will become a fully-supported Linux audio feature.
