Yeah, but I'm afraid my brain might explode if exposed to the horror of
that much C++, especially Qt flavoured C++, which is extra nasty.

We have a C++ interface to GTK+, so why not a C interface to Qt :)

Interesting. I actually though that glade-2 was pretty good, but my
previous experience of UI designers was a beta of Visual-C++ on NT4 in
'96, which kinda gave me low expectations.
