A new version of the __SMP__ to CONFIG_SMP patch can be found at

http://www.image.dk/~nkbj/patches/config-smp-2.3.40.bz2

Changes:

- Updated for linux-2.3.40.

- Added warning in include/linux/module.h for building
standalone modules (suggested by Chris Noe).
