    Hello,

i'm wondering if there is a way to load an ATAPI device as SCSI with modprobe.
I have some problems with LILO then I would load the ide-scsi support with
modprobe command, but how can I pass the device?
I tried with modprobe ide-scsi hdb, but it doesn't work.

    any hints?

    thanks,
    fausto
