12 bugs compiling 2.3.46pre7

    Hi,

    I have done some preliminary compilation-testing of the 2.3.46pre7 kernel,
    and in a very brief period of time, 12 problems showed.

    A short list of these problems is shown below, more extensive information

     6 io_apic platform undeclared identifiers
     7 md driver undeclared identifiers
     8 videodev subsystem missing prototype
     9 nsc-ircc irda-driver unresolved sysmbols
    10 usb subsystem doesn't build with modversions
    11 eata_dma driver PCI problems
    12 i82365 usb-driver undeclared identifiers
