I've updated the user-mode port to 2.3.46.

SMP is in there, but off by default.

Binaries and the patch are available from http://sourceforge.net/project/fileli
st.php?group_id=429. All other information that's available is on the
project's home page, http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net.
