I get the following errors when compiling 2.3.99-pre1 (and patches 1-4). I
did not get them in 2.3.51:

filemap.c:1800: `MADV_SEQUENTIAL' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:1800: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
filemap.c:1800: for each function it appears in.)
filemap.c:1803: `MADV_RANDOM' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:1801: warning: unreachable code at beginning of switch statement
    filemap.c: In function `madvise_vma':
filemap.c:2022: `MADV_NORMAL' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:2023: `MADV_SEQUENTIAL' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:2024: `MADV_RANDOM' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:2028: `MADV_WILLNEED' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:2032: `MADV_DONTNEED' undeclared (first use in this function)
filemap.c:2025: warning: unreachable code at beginning of switch statement
    make[2]: *** [filemap.o] Error 1
