99-pre3/pre4-2: sparc sunhme kernel panic!

On a Sun SPARCstation 5 with a sunhme-Networkinterface (sbus) I get

kernel panic: sbus_dma_sync_single: 0xf3884000

In interrupt handler - not syncing
L1-A to return to the boot prom

when I try to use the interface (eth1)!
( with telnet, ftp or ping)

Why?

I can use the interface with 2.2.14 (RedHat 6.2 SPARC)!
