Got this oops a couple minutes ago while unmounting and NFS file system.
The client has NFSv3 enabled, and the server is the kernel nfsd from
    2.3.99-pre5, also with NFSv3 enabled.

For the most part, the functionality of the client hasn't been effected
(ie it hasn't locked up, and I can use other NFS mounts just fine).
However, attempts to unmount other NFS file systems results in umount in a
    'D' state.

    ksymoops 2.3.3 on i686 2.3.99-pre5. Options used
         -V (default)
         -k /proc/ksyms (specified)
         -l /proc/modules (default)
         -o /lib/modules/2.3.99-pre5/ (default)
         -m /usr/src/linux/System.map (default)
