    Hello,

I just want to chime in with a 'me too', in -pre6-5.

I've looked at the bootscript for xfs-tt in Debian-Woody, and I've
looked at the Oops, and the Oops happens in the 'cat' which is trying
to fish out the command line of the daemon it's just stopped, to check
    if it's still alive.

I think that what happens, is that somehow, this 'cat' on the daemon's
commandline always happens when it is just quitting, iow, the VM of the
process is just disappearing while it's being accessed from another
    process.

The Oops that I got is so similar to the posted Oopses that I decided
not to include it; but perhaps my analysis sheds any light on the bug?
    :-)

I certainly hope this gets finished. I'll happily supply anyone with
    more information, or perform tests.

    with regards,

    --Tim
