A little update: pre7-1 works fine, pre7-2 didn't compile:
i82365.c: In function `init_i82365':
i82365.c:1521: structure has no member named `prev'
i82365.c:1521: structure has no member named `next'

Fixed that by replacing that line with "init_timer(&poll_timer);" as per
the pre7-3 diff.

pre7-2 is where my pcmcia card stops working.
