    As far as Sparc, I believe that DaveM has passed that task on to me.

    PPC in the past set me updates because of the dependency on the jumbo-ata
    patch code. I do like to be kept up on any changes in the subsystem since
    it now is no longer ix86 centric.

    That is all that I ask.

    Since the communication breakdown between Paul and myself happened without
    me knowing when where or why........I always get various side notes from
    users asking me "did you know this change"? HuH? is the general answer.

    Since Jens and I have reworked the *rq for ATA and would like to add to
    all ARCHs all the data-safety catch options, I like to know that is up.

    Especially since I will be going to Apple to get info on there newest HOST
    to write tuning code to maximize performance, I hope to be able to work
    closer with the PPC gang.
