      Oops during system shutdown while killing the server tasks. Looks like
      `killproc' trying to kill `sshd'. I'm afraid I can't reproduce it since
      it's the first problem after 10 days and about 30 system starts &
      shutdowns with 2.3.99-pre6.

      finished shutdown with `Magic SysRq key', no trouble
