RAID autostart in 2.3.99pre8

Hi,

Should RAID-root and RAID-autostart work in
2.3.99pre8?

Eager to try out a 2.3 to see what everyone
has been complaining about :) I fetched the
latest release and built it.

Upon boot, it didn't seem unduly interested
in autorunning my RAID arrays and thus, was
not able to mount /, which lives on a three
disk RAID-1 set.

Is there further code to be merged, or have
I mis-setup something?
