Latest IKD patch against 2.3.99-pre8 is here:

            ftp://ftp.us.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/andrea/ikd/v2.3/2.3.99-pre8-ikd1.bz2

Only lockmetering is not working correctly (incremental patches to
resurrect lockmetering are welcome since I didn't had the time to look
    into it yet ;-).

Due the latest kallsyms feature merging (for cleaner and generic interface
to resolving symbols) latest modutils from Keith is necessary for
compiling the IKD kernel if CONFIG_KALLSYMS is set. You'll find latest
    modultils here:

            ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/modutils/v2.3/

Have fun debugging the kernel ;),

    Andrea

PS. Many thanks again to Mike, Keith and Maciej W. Rozycki for their help
        with the IKD patch.
