2.3.99-pre8 AX25 trouble

With 2.3.99-pre8 I am unable tu use my amateur radio stuff. It seems
that the kernel can only receive on the serial port (ttyS0) which is
used as ax0 interface (using KISS protocol). I don't really understand
if it is a serial interface problem or an AX25 problem. with -pre6 is
all ok. I've not tested pre7.

Anyone else with the same problem ?
