    Hi all,
I just wanted to let you know that Doug Ledford's latest driver
aic7xxx 5.1.29 fixes the problem with my EISA 2740 SCSI controller under
    2.2.15. I haven't tested it with 2.3.99 yet, but I'm fairly confident
that it will also work there. Alan, could you put Doug's latest driver
    into 2.2.16pre? It's at:
    http://people.redhat.com/dledford/aic7xxx-5.1.29.patch.gz

    Thanks very much,

    -Greg Zornetzer
