Spurious entries in 2.[34] kernel tarballs

    Two minor niggles about entries that are shipped in the tarballs but
    probably should not be there.

    The 2.[34] kernel tarballs contain an empty directory
    include/asm-arm/arch-a5k.

    drivers/char/defkeymap.c is shipped in the tarballs but it is a
    generated file.
