    The .h files are not a problem, they are picked up automatically. Edit
    linux/{net,ipv4}/Makefile to tell make to compile your .c files. See
    linux/Documentation/DocBook/kernel-hacking.tmpl, under "Putting Your
    Stuff in the Kernel".
