"make xconfig" problem with kernel-2.4.0-test4pre3

Hi everybody,

it seems that "scripts/tkparse" crashes.
"gdb tkparse core" message is

Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
Reading symbols from /lib/libc.so.6...done.
Reading symbols from /lib/ld-linux.so.2...done.
