2.4.0-test5-pre1: problem with nice

Hi!

My MySQL server refuses to start on my old Alpha since I booted
2.4.0-test5-pre1. The problem is somewhere in /usr/bin/nice. This
is what strace tells me:

626 osf_getpriority(PRIO_PROCESS, 0) = -1 ^R (ÿÿ^_ ^A~@úk^_^DÿG)
