    Hello,

I use the the kernel 2.2.15 with IPv6 support (not as modul).
At the Linuxbox is a tunnelbroker running that creates and deletes
ipv6 tunnelinterfaces (I use the iptunnel tool from net-tools
    for that).

    Problem:
After some days all Interfaces lost the ipv6 addresses. I can
    not add the address again.

    ifconfig if_name add <ipv6_address>

reports no error and ifconfig if_name shows:

    if_name Link encap:IPv6-in-IPv4
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MTU:1480 Metric:1
                  RX packets:320 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
                  TX packets:388 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
                  collisions:0 txqueuelen:0

    Any Ideas ?

    Thank you
    Uwe
