2.4.0-test5 won't boot with IrDA on

    Kernel 2.4.0-test5 won't boot on my Dell Latitude CPi A366T if I compile it
    with IrDA support built-in. It gets stuck in an endless loop of
    "get_random_bytes called before random driver initialization". The same
    kernel with no IrDA support built-in works fine.
