MCmenu44: Command not found

    i wanted conf. my suse6.4 for pci AUDIO CARD CMI8738/C3DX and download
    driver cmpci-2.41.tar.gz and after untar that file, i procced to config
    with #make menuconfig. Several lines..and after i saw the menu and when i
    press the boton SOUND i get this message:
    Scripts /MenuConfig: MCmenu44:Command not found
    and said to me to mail you this notation.
