I just grabbed memtest86 and will try it out tomorrow some time.
Don't know about the device driver thing, but Andrew Morton just asked me, in
relation to some oopsen I posted last week, which serial driver I'm using.
Might wanna ask him about the bug he's chasing.
I've got a 64M stick of 66MHz and 128M of 100MHz both running at 66Mhz, never
had a problem with it before though..
